This is a exceptional case: Microsoft released ISOs for a Fast Ring build?!
Yes, that's it. Because some users are reporting problems when updating from earlier builds to 10130, Microsoft decided to available the ISOs allowing the users to perfom fresh and clean installations. Keep in mind this is a Fast Ring build and still have a couple of issues that are being fixed before it came to Slow Ring.
