Microsoft has promised a new build for Insiders this week and today pushed build 10166 to Fast Ring. This post will be updated in next hours with what's new, known issues and so on. This is the latest build for Insiders in fbl_impressive branch before the Windows 10 sign off July 29.
For now, grab some encrypted files or iso for this new build :)
